| Florida Hospital East Orlando is part of the Adventist Health System. In an effort to expand and modernize its services to meet the demands of a rapidly growing community, a 160,000 square feet addition that has become the new "face" of the hospital.
While keeping with traditional Adventist nature imagery, the art program brings a fresh new feeling to the space. The collection contains over two hundred and fifty original Florida-based photographs throughout the entire space, with numerous works being mural size in public spaces.
In order to maintain the design integrity of the building, American Art Resources worked with reknown glass artist Arthur Stern to create an eighteen foot stained glass window that is contemporary yet still suggestive of nature, hope and faith in God and The Resurrection.
To complete the art program for the chapel, there are also seven commissioned chiffon banners, representing the Seven Days of Creation.
