One Bridgeland Green

Project Details

One Bridgeland Green, developed by Howard Hughes, stands as Houston’s first mass timber building—a sustainable construction method that uses engineered wood as the primary structural material, reducing carbon emissions and creating a warm, natural aesthetic.

The art program was thoughtfully curated to complement the building’s eco-conscious design and the scenic surroundings of Bridgeland. Featuring organic textures, earthy tones, and natural materials, the collection reinforces the project’s commitment to sustainability while enhancing the building’s modern architectural character.

In the main gathering area, custom wooden artworks illuminated by a striking light fixture serve as a focal point, seamlessly connecting the natural and built environments. The result is a corporate space that feels both sophisticated and grounded, celebrating innovation, nature, and community.
